MillWorks a home to business

With 45,000-square feet of space in nine buildings on four acres of land off Walnut Street along the bike path, MillWorks provides office and manufacturing space for 14 local individuals and businesses.
“It’s like we’re a family,” said Rod Hoover of the several dozen employees who work at the site.
The former seed company has been a commerce park for 21 years and is owned by Rod and Ellen Hoover, Sandy Love and Sam Young.
Current tenants at MillWorks include Enviroflight, Kelley and Company, Vitruvian Brew Company, S and G Artisan Distillery, Brown Roofing, Charles Sides, Clockworks, Huntington Instruments, Michael Jones, Sculptor’s Emporium, Michael Grey and contemporary artist Michael Casselli. e-Health Data Solutions recently vacated its MillWorks offices for larger offices at the Creative Memories building.
About 2,000-square feet of office space is currently available for rent. It can be subdivided depending upon a tenant’s needs. For more information, contact Rod Hoover at hoov7@ymail.com.
