Despite the sweltering heat, a faithful crowd soaked up the tunes at the first Summer Jam, a two-day concert at the Antioch Amphitheatre organized by  Yellow Springs hip hop group Village Fam A variety of musical styles from R&B to hip hop to reggae were represented. Bands included DJ Scratchmatic, Tino, Love or Drugs, Soul Rebels, Grey Market, ErratiC, The Carl Schumacher Band, Gillia and the festival hosts, Village Fam.
