Icy weather closes schools

Because of freezing rain and icy road conditions, Yellow Springs Schools are closed today.
The NOAA website states that a winter weather advisory remains in effect until noon today, with a mix of snow, sleet and freezing rain through the morning. Use caution when outdoors; areas that look wet may be icy. If you must drive, use caution as you may encounter ice on roads.
