Ann and Phil Case strummed a gorgeous tableau of traditional Appalachian folk music in the library last evening. The couple performed for a crowd of admirers with a small arsenal of guitars (steel and seven-stringers included). For those with closed eyes, it was easy to imagine sitting near a little cabin at the foot of the mountains, with the tinny plucks of a banjo trickling through the trees.
