From the Print

Sporting a painted mask, Kurtis Bliss snaked through the Dayton Street Cirque Carnival on Friday, July 16, doing a freestyle hip-hop dance called “popping and locking.” The street fair for Dayton Street drew a crowd of about 600 people, who came between 6 and 10:30 p.m. to see the fire dancers, live bands, and many local and regional artists booths. See additional photos of the Carnival on page 6 of this week's issue. (photo by Aaron Zaremsky)
