Physicals night soon

The annual sports physicals night for all YSHS and McKinney School student athletes will be held Thursday, July 29, 6–8 p.m. at Greene Memorial Hospital. Students should enter through the Vera Schneider Building at the north end of the hospital. The examination will cost $20 per student and will remain in effect for the entire 2010–11 school year for students who play multiple sports.
Each student should download a blank pre-participation examination form from http://www.ohsaa.org/medicine/ppe.pdf and fill out the medical history before arriving. All proceeds from the sports physicals will support the YSHS athletics department. For more information, call Jim Hardman at 767-2200.
