The final draft of a new zoning code for the Village of Yellow Springs will be considered as legislation for possible passage into law on Sept. 16, 2013 at Regular Council Meeting.
This draft, amended from the version in which it was received for consideration from the Planning Commission on March 21, 2013, will receive Two Readings before a final vote is taken.
The second reading will occur at Regular Council Meeting on Sept. 16, 2013.
