Monna L. Phillips

Monna L. Phillips died Monday, Jan. 6. She was 63. Born July 10, 1950 in Jamestown, Monna was the daughter of Willard and Altha (Tyree) Phillips. She is survived by daughters Christel and Nichole Borden; brothers Dale, Ronald and Timothy Phillips; special friend Christopher Perry and a host of grandchildren and other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Willard Phillips. Services will be held Thursday, Jan. 16 at 6 p.m. at Greater Grace Temple in Springfield.
