Summary Of Proposed Measure Repealing Ord. 2014-16
The referendum seeks to have the voters of the Village of Yellow Springs, Ohio approve or reject an ordinance determining to proceed with public improvements for the Center for Business and Education and authorizing the Village Manager to retain bond counsel and solicit bids from contractors.
The referendum petition is available for public inspection at the office of the Clerk of Council and at the office of the Village Manager, 100 Dayton St. Village Council will consider the proposed repealing measure at a public hearing on August 4, 2014 at 7 pm at their regularly scheduled meeting.
Meetings are held in Council Chambers unless otherwise noted.
