Emergency Meeting Held on Monday, July 14

• An emergency meeting of the Yellow Springs Board of Education occurred on Monday, July 14, 2014 at 10:44 a.m. The purpose of the meeting was to vote on the outcome of an executive session hearing in accordance with Ohio Revised Code 3319.11 on Monday, July 14, 2014 at 9 a.m.
The Board members agreed to waive the right of notice due to the requirements that the outcome of the hearing must be voted on within 10 days of the date of the hearing.
Two Board members would be out of town during that time period and one Board member has recused herself from the matter in question, therefore a quorum could not be reached within 10 days.
