Ruth M. Rife Quast, age 79, of Centerville, passed away June 27, 2015. She was born June 8, 1936, in Dayton, to the late Ernest and Chloe Rife. In addition to her parents, Ruth was preceded in death by her beloved sisters, Sandra K. Cramer and Izella L. Satterfield; and grandson, Jackson Weddle.

Ruth is survived by her daughters, Kathryn Innis (Mark) Laurens and Karen Kae (Rick) Weddle; grandchildren Jacquelyn, Morgan and Gina Laurens and Ethan and Hannah Weddle; brother Ernest L. (Sharon) Rife; sisters F. Delores Koehler, Betty J. Baker, Sue Ann (Raymond) Schirmer and Sharon R. Motasky; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Services were held on Wednesday evening, July 1, 2015 at Newcomer Funeral Home. Contributions may be made in Ruth’s memory to either the American Lung Association, The Susan B.
