Hagel to talk government framework at Justice System Task Force

The community is invited to attend the November meeting of the Village Justice System Task Force on Thursday, Nov. 17, 7 p.m., at the Bryan Center. The task force will host speaker Thomas Hagel, professor emeritus at the University of Dayton Law School, who will discuss the Constitutional and statutory framework that governs courts and the police. Hagel is acting judge for the Dayton Municipal Court and a commissioner on the Montgomery County Veterans Service Commission. He has practiced and published in the field of criminal practice and procedure and regularly lectures at Ohio Judicial College.
