World House Choir to welcome new members

The World House Choir will welcome new members on Monday, Nov. 7, 6:30 p.m., in the Antioch College’s Foundry Theater. The choir is especially in need of low basses, as well as baritones and tenors, but all voices are welcome. The choir practices each Monday night from 7 to 8:30 p.m., and childcare is offered. All ages are welcome to join.
The choir’s upcoming performances will include the Martin Luther King Day celebration at Central Chapel A.M.E. Church, the Coretta Scott King birthday celebration, Antioch College graduation and a celebration of Langston Hughes in conjunction with Central State University Choir. The choir also gives an annual concert; the title of this year’s concert will be “Let All the Dreamers Wake the nation.”
