    The YSHS boys basketball team regained some pride last night as they cruised to a 64–59 victory over visiting Middletown Christian just two weeks after falling to them in a devastating overtime loss.

    This week Roland Newsome scored 46 points for the YSHS boys basketball team and the Bulldog swimmers smashed school records.

    In its first week of action, the Yellow Springs High School boys basketball team won its season opener with a career game from Cole Edwards and played hard in a scrimmage with a Division I school. See photos from the scrimmage.

    Yellow Springs High School and McKinney School celebrated the success and hard work of their athletes at the winter sports awards ceremony last week on Thursday, Feb. 28. Members from the girls and boys basketball and swimming teams and the cheerleading squads were honored.
