  • Bulldog Sports round-up

    Yellow Springs High School students have been staying warm this winter shooting hoops. At left, senior Kody McDonald contributed to the 67–41 Bulldog win last Friday, Feb. 19, over Xenia Christian on Senior Night; on the right, Amber Dudgeon led the Lady Bulldogs in scoring against Troy Christian on Thursday, Feb. 18, but her team lost 42–25.

    Two YSHS swimmers qualified at the district meet at Miami University last Friday and Saturday to advance to the Div. II state meet, to be held this weekend in Canton. Taylor Ford, Erika Chick and Elizabeth Malone represented Yellow Springs and brought home two wins for the school.

  • Bulldog Sports Round-up

    The Lady Bulldogs basketball team achieved a convincing 50–32 victory over Xenia Christian on Monday, Dec. 14, before edging out Jefferson 52–41 on Thursday, Dec. 17. The wins take the girls team to a winning record of 3–2.

  • Gym open for girls

    The Yellow Springs High School girls basketball program will offer open gym for girls every Tuesday and Thursday, 4:30–6:30 p.m., at the high school gym.

  • Bulldog Sports Roundup

    Yellow Springs High School and McKinney School celebrated the success and hard work of their athletes at the winter sports awards ceremony last week on Thursday, Feb. 28. Members from the girls and boys basketball and swimming teams and the cheerleading squads were honored.
