  • Tragedy sparks effort for new laws

    New Yellow Springs residents Kelly and Jaye Drummond lost their daughter, Lauren, 5, last summer in a car accident outside of Springfield. The driver, who is being charged with vehicular homicide, appeared to be talking on a cell phone and speeding at the time of the accident.
