    Last Thursday evening Miami Township Fire-Rescue held a ceremony for newly trained fire fighters as well as new inductees to the squad.

  • 70 visit local wastewater plant

    Jon Van Dommelen of the Ohio EPA gave a demonstration at last Thursday's meeting of the fall meeting of the southwestern section of the Ohio Water Environment Association, which took place at the Yellow Springs Wastewater Treatment Plant. The meeting was also sponsored by YSI/Xylem.

    About 70 personnel from southwestern Ohio water and wastewater treatment plants attended a regional meeting last Thursday, Oct. 16, that included a tour and demonstrations at the Yellow Springs Wastewater Treatment Plant.
