Book group begins Beginning this month, the YS Dharma Center will hold a weekly discussion focused on a new book by Pema Chodron, “Welcoming the Unwelcome: Whole- hearted Living in a Brokenhearted World.” The book includes personal stories from Pema Chodron’s life in an attempt to dem- onstrate how to become a compassionate being in even the most difficult of circum- stances. ManKind Project meets The ManKind Project Men’s Group meets every other Tuesday, 6–9 p.m., at the Corry Street Retreat, located at 1315 Corry St. The group, which meets next on Jan. 14, is the local outfit of an international, non- profit, personal development men’s group that seeks to support men in leading lives of integrity, authenticity and service.
