The Village of Yellow Springs Board of Zoning Appeals will convene on Wednesday, August 20, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers, Second Floor, John Bryan Community
Center, 100 Dayton Street, Yellow Springs, OH.
7:10 p.m. Public Hearings:
• 634 Omar Circle: Alyce Earl Jenkins requests a variance to allow a reduced side-yard
setback.
• 108 S. Walnut St: Robert & Susan Swaney request a variance to allow an existing nonconforming structure to extend an additional one foot into the established ten and a half foot rear-yard setback for construction of a covered enclosed rear patio.
