Balloon magic was a highlight of the second annual North High Street block party last Saturday. Neighborhood resident and former professional clown Joe Cimoch twisted long, skinny balloons into cats, dogs, hats and swords, to the delight of young and old. Neighbors from up and down North High and some adjacent streets dropped in for food, talk, balloons and, toward the end of the party, the smashing of a cupcake piñata. (Photos by Aaron Zaremsky)
