More bucks, more books

The Yellow Springs Library Association recently presented $3,500 to the Greene County Public Library Foundation to be used for the Dolly Parton Imagination Library. This service is available free of charge to preschoolers from newborn to five years of age throughout Greene County.

Each child who signs up receives a high quality, age-appropriate book in the mail each month. In Greene County, the Imagination Library is in its fifth year of operation. To date, over 180,000 books have been received by Greene County preschoolers.
