Last Friday, Kai Eyorokon-Miller, 3, was pondering his potential on the backhoe at the corner of Walnut and Dawson streets, while a Miller Pipeline worker patiently explained the levers. Miller Pipeline is replacing Vectren gas lines in four separate areas of the village through the end of the year.
