BE MORE THAN A STUDENT. Be a change-maker I chose Antioch because they made me feel welcome, and they made me feel like I mattered. People really do leave Antioch and change the world and I wanted to be a part of that. We are grounded in experiential learning. This is a laboratory college where students learn by doing. From problem-based projects to makerspaces, cultural immersion to worked-based Co-op education, students have the freedom to experiment, try, fail, and grow. We are committed to community. This is a collaborative college, a place where we practice democracy as a part of everyday life. Students participate in the design and governance of the college. Students don’t just follow the rules here. They help make them. We are connected to the world. An Antioch education is presented through the lenses of both local and worldwide community problem-solving.
