I did my graduate studies in the Stanford University Graduate School of Education, and I have evaluated and treated more than 10,000 underachieving stu- dents. The twenty-two books I have authored represent the distillation of my extensive clinical experience working with and counseling these struggling students and their fami- lies. My proprietary clinical meth- odology incorporates highly effec- tive cognitive behavioral change principles and procedures. I have authored a college textbook pub- lished by Prentice Hall that deals with strategic, tactical, and critical thinking skills and is used in both two-year and four-year college pro- grams. Other textbooks I authored are used in middle schools and high schools throughout the world. My function as a ghostwriter is to help other authors clarify and dis- till often complex information and translate this information into com- prehensible, accessible, dynamic, and engaging language that leaps off the page. I also consider myself to be a top-notch editor, collabora- tor, and literary coach, and I might add that I have never failed to pub- lish a book in my own field that I wanted to publish. The areas about which I write are diverse. For ex- ample, I am currently collaborating on and front-end editing a dieting book that employs cognitive behav- ioral management principles and practices. I have also collaborated on and have anonymously ghost- written sections of a book authored by a world famous toxicologist who treated many of the first responders who were exposed to toxic contam- inants in the aftermath of the 9/11 attacks on the World Trade Center. I have worked on numerous books in the field of psychology authored by licensed psychologists. I collabo- rated on a trade book about ADHD written by a neuropsychologist, and I also collaborated on two other books by the same author. I have anonymously ghostwritten a book about entrepreneurship authored by a highly successful land and real estate developer. I also worked on a book about sports psychology that pertains to children. Additionally, I ghostwrote a trade book about famous Amer ican immigrants. Originally titled An Immigrant’s Dream , this book was recently updated in a second edition and retitled Patriots by Choice . The range of the assign- ments I take on is extensive and the subjects comprise books dealing with sports, business, medical, and legal issues. The books I have authored have been published by some of the in- dustry’s top houses. These include Prentice Hall, Simon & Schuster, McGraw-Hill, Dell, Prima/Random House, Ballantine, Crown, Warner, St. Martin’s Press, Fawcett, Putnam, Pearson, Sage, and World Book. My books have been translated into languages ranging from Chinese to Spanish, are found in bookstores and libraries worldwide, and have cumu- latively sold many hundreds of thou- sands of copies. I’d like to share a vividly re- membered, personal life-altering Antioch anecdote with you. During my first quarter at Antioch, I en- rolled in an English course enti- tled introduction to poetry taught by Dr. Milton Goldberg. I had been forewarned that Dr. Goldberg was a demanding professor who taught a rigorous class that entailed read- ing and analyzing a potpourri of famous poems from different liter- ary eras. The three written course assignments required that we se- lect and discuss a poem taken from the course anthology and apply the analytical methods that were being modeled in class. Our essays were not to exceed three double-spaced pages and would be graded based on the quality of our analytical in-
