The planned funding for The Area Agency on Aging, PSA 2 is issuing a Request for Proposals for fiscal year 2011 (with possible renewal in 2012 and 2013) from service providers in a nine-county region for the following two (2) services. The planned funding for both services is through the Older Americans Act (Title III D) federal grant award.
Medical Assessment Service — The annual funding amount of $55,000 is available for fiscal year 2011 (with possible renewal in 2012 and 2013) in a nine-county area that includes the counties of: Champaign, Clark, Darke, Greene, Logan, Miami, Montgomery, Preble, and Shelby.
Medication Management Education Service — The annual funding amount of $20,000 is available for fiscal year 2011 (with possible renewal in 2012 and 2013) in a nine-county area that includes the counties of: Champaign, Clark, Darke, Greene, Logan, Miami, Montgomery, Preble, and Shelby.
