To accommodate our subscribers who are not within easy mailing distance or prefer to read their news on a screen, the Yellow Springs News has been formatted as an electronic edition, available for $65 per year, the same cost as an out-of-state print subscription.
Each Wednesday (or Thursday on weeks with a Monday holiday), e-edition subscribers will receive in their inbox:
• A user name;
• A password; and
• Links to the current and three previous weeks' editions.
The e-edition is a Flipping Book facsimile of the print edition, and available the same day as the print edition. It is self-contained, searchable, downloadable and printable.
Click on the thumbnail image above to view a sample edition. (Please note older browsers may not support the Flipping Book version, and will display a PDF version. It can be downloaded and viewed in Acrobat Reader, though most contemporary web browsers are able to display PDFs).
Fill out the form below. You can pay online via PayPal, or send a check for $65 made out to the Yellow Springs News. For more information or assistance, e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or call 937-767-7373, Mon.–Wed., 9 a.m. – 5 p.m., and Thu.–Fri. until 3 p.m., Eastern time.
Thank you for your E-edition order by check.
Please send your check for $65 to:
Yellow Springs News
Post Office Box 187
Yellow Springs, Ohio 45387
Please write on the check “E-edition payment”
Within about a week after we receive your payment, you will receive an e-mail with instructions, username and password to access your PDF e-edition. These e-mails will arrive weekly on Wednesday, the week of publication. The previous three weeks’ PDFs will also be available for viewing.
Our goal is to put the e-edition into your in-box at the same time or even earlier than when the locals get their print edition, which is usually about 2 p.m. Wednesday, EST.
Note that on weeks when a national holiday falls on a Monday, e-subscribers will receive their log-in information a day later on Thursday, instead of on Wednesday.
Should you have any problems or questions, please feel free to e-mail us or call us at 937-767-7373, M–F 9 a.m.–5:30 p.m., EST.
