Request For Quote: Right Of Way Acquisition Services
Village Of Yellow Springs, Ohio
Description of Services: The Village of Yellow Springs, Ohio is seeking quotes from ODOT pre-qualified individual(s)/firms to provide right-of-way acquisition for a Local Let new connector roadway project. Appraisal services will be required for two privately owned properties; both owners have committed to donation of the right-of way to the Village of Yellow Springs. The new roadway is approximately one-half mile long, and will be located on a greenfield site being developed as a small commerce park.
Qualification Requirements: The successful individual(s)/firm must be pre-qualified with ODOT for the required services and have excellent credentials from successfully completed projects with similar scope and complexity, for completing projects following Federal and ODOT procedures for right-of-way acquisition and the ability to stay on schedule. The intent is to have all right-of way acquired by July 1, 2012
Selection Criteria: Selection of a successful consultant will be based on the following criteria:
(1) Overall quality, including completeness, of the submitted Quotation packet;
(3) Professional qualifications of individuals assigned to the project;
(4) Similar project experience;
(5) Reference checks and/or past performance record.
Submittal time frame: Interested individuals/firms should submit six (6) copies of their Quotation Packet to the Village Manager, Village of Yellow Springs, 100 Dayton Street, Yellow Springs, Ohio 45387, no later than 12:00 P.M. Noon, Friday, May 18, 2012.
An information packet is available from the above address by calling Ed Amrhein at 937-767-3702. The information package contains the scope of work for the right-of-way acquisition services, the final, approved right-of way survey and the project schedule.
