Notice is hereby given that:

Mark and Diana Partee have requested a variance to convert the single-family rental dwelling at 561 Ridgecrest Dr. to a duplex. Chapter 1250.02 of the Codified Ordinances requires 6000 square feet of lot area per dwelling unit in the Residence “B” zoning district for two-family dwellings.  The parcel at issue contains 7,929.9 square feet. The Greene County Parcel I.D. # is F19000100010003100.

A PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD ON THIS PETITION:

This notice provides you and every other interested party the opportunity to appear or have input at the hear-ing. You may come in person or have someone appear on your behalf.  You may express your views in writing by providing a copy to the Clerk of Council for inclusion in the record of the hearing. The applications, as prepared by the petitioners, may be examined at the office of the Village Planner on the 2nd floor of the Bryan Community Center, 100 Dayton Street, Yellow Springs, Ohio 45387.
