The Village of Yellow Springs,
Ohio is soliciting sealed, competitive
bids for:
2012 Sidewalk Repair And Replacement
Bid packages containing plans and specifications for the above project will be available Friday, March 30, 2012 at the Village Administrative Offices at 100 Dayton Street, Yellow Springs, Ohio 45387. Questions regarding the bidding process should be directed to Ed Amrhein at (937) 767-3702.
Sealed bids will be opened and read aloud at 2 p.m., local time on Monday, April 30, 2012 at 100 Dayton Street, 2nd floor meeting room. The Village reserves the right to waive any informality and to accept or reject any or all bids. All bids must be guaranteed for a minimum of 90 days after the date of bid opening.
