YELLOW SPRINGS, OHIO BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS
Notice is hereby given that:
Ted Donnell, acting with acknowledgement of the property owner, James F. & Elizabeth S. Hammond, Trustee, has requested three variances to the Village of Yellow Springs
Zoning Ordinance; a variance to Section 1250.03a (Table) Dimensional Requirements: Business Districts to allow construction of a structure that exceeds the thirty-five (35) feet maximum building height permitted in the B-1, Central Business District
and to allow the structure to exceed the maximum ten (10) feet setback permitted from the front lot lines, and a variance to Section 1264.03(b)(5)F to allow the utilization of a driveway that is located closer than the minimum twenty-five (25) feet setback
required from any property line. The property is located at 321 Xenia Avenue, Yellow Springs. Applicable Yellow Springs Zoning Code sections are: Sec. 1250.03a(Table); Sec.
1264.03(b)(5). Greene County Parcel ID # F19000100090024800.

This notice provides you and every other interested party the opportunity to appear or have input at the hearing. You may come in person or have someone appear on your behalf. You may express your views in writing by providing a copy to the Clerk of Council for inclusion in the record of the hearing. The application, as prepared by the petitioners, may be examined at the office of the Village Planner on the 2nd floor of the Bryan Community Center, 100 Dayton Street, Yellow Springs, Ohio 45387.
