The Village of Yellow Springs, Ohio is soliciting qualication statements and proposals for:
2014 Pool Management
Request for Qualifications/Request for Proposal documents containing the requirements of the Village of Yellow Springs for the management of its public pool at Gaunt Park for the 2014 season will be available Thursday, February 6, 2014 at the Administrative Offices at 100 Dayton Street, Yellow Springs, Ohio 45387. Questions regarding the RFQ/RFP process should be directed to Kent Bristol, Village Manager at (937) 767-1279.
RFQ/RFP responses will be opened and read aloud at 10:00 A.M., local time, Tuesday, March 6, 2014 at 100 Dayton Street, 2nd floor meeting room. The Village reserves the right to waive any informalities and to accept or reject any or all bids. All Proposal amounts must be guaranteed for a minimum 30 days after date of bid opening. If a firm and proposal is selected, the firm must be able to enter into a contract in the month of March to begin preparations for the 2014 pool season.
