• Preliminary Plan for Education Village Right of Way Dedication
• 134 Dayton St. Conditional Use Hearing
• 888 Dayton St. Work Session for rezoning. (I-2 Zoning District). Ted
Donnell representing the owner, Yellow Springs, LLC has submitted an application for rezoning from I-2 zoning to Planned Unit Development
(PUD) zoning to create a mixed use PUD development. Per YSZC Sec. 1254.05 the Planning Commission shall conduct a work session with the applicant to review the development concept and determine the need for additional information. The property consisting of three Greene County parcels contains 9.89 + acres. Parcel ID #F19000100030001200, Parcel ID #F19000100030001500, &
F19000100030001400.
