Request for Qualifications Regarding Legal Services

Pursuant to Section 153.692 of the Ohio Revised Code, the Village of Yellow Springs is seeking a statement of qualifications and a proposal from firms or individuals to provide
professional criteria to provide legal services; therefore, the Village of Yellow Springs, Ohio (Village) is seeking interested individuals or firms that have extensive experience in municipal governmental law.
Respondents should deliver a signed hard copy (original blue ink signature) and six duplicate copies to the Village of Yellow Springs, Ohio until 5:00 p.m., (local time) on
Friday, October 24, 2014 at the Office of the Village Manager, 100 Dayton Street, 2nd Floor, Yellow Springs, Ohio 45387.
Six (6) complete sets of documents shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope identified as “VILLAGE OF YELLOW SPRINGS LEGAL SERVICES” to the following address:
