LEGAL NOTICE FOR SERVICE BY PUBLICATION
To: The Unknown Heirs; Devisees; Legatees; Their Spouses and Creditors; and the Fiduciary of the Estate of Bernard M. Begley, deceased, and Spouse and Creditors of the decedent, whose last known address is unknown you will take notice that on the 30th day of November, 2015, Plaintiff, KeyBank National Association, filed a Complaint for foreclosure in the Greene County Court of Common Pleas, 45 North Detroit Street, Xenia, OH 45385, being Case No. 2015 CV 0803 (consolidated with 2015 CV 0807), alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the sum of $95,982.46, plus accrued interest of $2,539.33, plus interest at 4.45% (variable) per annum from April 27, 2015, plus late charges and attorney fees applicable to the terms of a Line of Credit Agreement secured by a Mortgage on the real property, which has a street address of 102 West 2nd Street, Xenia, OH 45385, being permanent parcel number PPN: M40-0001-0009-0-0042-00
Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of a default in payment of said Line of Credit Agreement, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute.
Plaintiff prays that the Defendant named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said real property or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and that the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law.
Said Defendant is required to file an Answer on or before the 16th day of March 2016.
