Yellow Springs Home, Inc., a not-for-profit housing organization, is seeking bids on a new construction project to build two single family homes in the 100-block of Cemetery St. in Yellow Springs, OH. To receive a bid package including plans and specs, contact Chris Hall at 937-767-2790 or chris@yshome.org. To be considered, bids must be received by 5 p.m. on Thursday, March 31, 2016. Home, Inc. intends to award a contract to the lowest and best bidder, as determined by its Board of Directors. However, Home, Inc. reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids.
