                           YELLOW SPRINGS, OHIO
Notice is hereby given that:
  A. Conditional Use Application – Jake Brummett of Trail Town
     Brewing at 101 Corr y Street in the B-1, Central Business District,
     is seeking approval for a mobile vending food truck. Parcel ID #
     F19000100100005100
  B. Text Amendment – The Village of Yellow Springs is applying for an
     amendment to the Streets, Utilities and Public Ser vice Code for the use
     and maintenance of Village rights-of-way:
     •  Amend Chapter 1020.04 Maintenance Requirements – changing the
        maximum height of plant growth
  C. Text Amendments – The Village of Yellow Springs is applying for text
     amendments to the zoning code to correct errors or further clarify the
     language:
     •  Amend  Chapter  1248.01  (a)  R-A,  Low  Density  Residential  District  –
        removing the word “approximate” to density requirements
     •  Amend Table 1250.03a Dimensional Requirements: Business Districts
        – correcting an error from side yard to rear yard
     •  Amend  Chapter  1260.04  (a)  (6)  Uses  –  Accessor y  Structures  and
        Buildings – add the word “gross” to floor area in order to clarify how
        to calculate the size
     •  Amend Chapter 1262.02 (b) Procedures for Public Notices – changing
        the responsible official from the Clerk of Council to the Planning &
        Zoning Administrator
     •  Amend Chapter 1262.08 (e) (1) Conditional Use Requirements Specific
        Requirements  for  Residential  Accessor y  Dwelling  Units  –  changing
        the requirement of a microwave oven and stove
     •  Amend  Chapter  1266.03  Permitted  Signs  –  Adding  an  exemption  to
        the maximum number of signs not visible from the street or public
        property
     •  Amend Chapter 1284.03 Definitions: C-D – modifying the definitions
        of density and how to calculate dwellings per acre
     •  Amend Chapter 1284.08 Definitions: R-S: – adding solar panels to the
        sample listing of types of structures

     VILLAGE OF YELLOW SPRINGS PLANNING COMMISSION:

This notice provides you and ever y other interested party the opportunity to
appear or have input at the hearing. You may come in person or have someone
appear on your behalf. You may express your views in writing by providing a copy
to the Clerk of Council for inclusion in the record of the hearing. The applica-
tions, as prepared by the petitioners, may be examined at the office of the Village
Manager on  the  2nd  floor  of the Br yan Community  Center,  100  Dayton  Street,
