Notice is hereby given that the Board of Zoning Appeals will hold
a public hearing on the following request:
A variance seeking relief from section 1248.03 Lot and Width Requirements – Parcel
ID #F19000100100012100 and F19000100100012200 in the R-B, Moderate Density Residential District. The property owners Carl Maneri – 343 S. Stafford Street and
Judith Hempfling 225 W. Limestone Street, seek to reduce the non-conformity on two lots through a replat of their abutting properties.
