Notice is hereby given that the Board of Zoning Appeals will hold public hearings on the following requests:
•A variance seeking relief from Chapter 1260 General Provisions Section 1260.01 Fences and Walls (a) (4) regarding the height of a fence within a side or rear yard in a Residential District – Property owner Mary Lynn McCown – 205 West Whiteman Street – R-B, Moderate Density Residential District. This notice provides you and every other interested party the opportunity to appear or have input at the hearing. You may come in person or have someone appear on your behalf. FACE MASKS ARE MANDATED AND PHYSICAL DISTANCING OF SIX FEET IS REQUIRED in the gym. You
may express your views in writing by providing a copy to the Clerk of Council for inclusion in the record of the hearing. The applications, as prepared by the petitioners, may be examined at the office of the Village Manager on the 2nd floor of the Bryan Community Center, 100 Dayton Street, Yellow Springs, Ohio 45387.
