MIAMI TOWNSHIP PUBLIC HEARING
The Board of Zoning Appeals of Miami Township will hold a public hearing on
Thursday, Sept. 23, 2021, at 7 pm in the Miami Township offices at 101 E. Her-
man Street, Yellow Springs, OH 45387.
The purpose is to consider a temporary use variance that allows four David
Chappelle performances and associated activities from September 30 to October 31, 2021, at 4866 US 68 (owners: Folly Farm LLC, mailing address: 335 Orton
Road, Yellow Springs, OH 45387).
