ORDINANCE 2025-26
RE: COMMUNITY REINVESTMENT AREA
VILLAGE OF YELLOW SPRINGS, OHIO
Interested persons will take note that the Village Council of Yellow Springs on Monday, Nov. 17 gave emergency reading and passed into law the following ordinance:
• Ordinance 2025-26: Establishing and Describing the Boundaries of the Village of Yellow Springs Community Reinvestment Area and Authorizing and Approving Related Matters and Declaring an Emergency.
This Ordinance establishes the entirety of the Village of Yellow Springs as a CRA, providing for the possibility of tax abatement for specific qualified projects within those boundaries as approved by Council.
