Kilan Brown

Kilan Brown, a 2008 graduate of YSHS, will graduate from Wright State University’s program in organizational leadership on Saturday, April 27 at 10 a.m. While at YSHS, Kilan played on the basketball, football and baseball teams. He is the son of Kimo Brown, Sr. of Yellow Springs and Barbara Victor of Victorville, Calif., the grandson of Mae Brown and godson of Carole Cobbs, both of Yellow Springs. A gathering of family and friends to celebrate Kilan’s achievement will be held Saturday, April 27, 4–6 p.m. on the second floor of the Bryan Center.

Chauncey Longshaw

Chauncey Longshaw II was inducted into the Greene County Career Center’s chapter of the National-Technical Honor Society on April 16. The society recognizes students who excel in their career-technical programs and academic classes and show achievement in civic activities. Longshaw is a senior in the international business and finance program and a resident of Yellow Springs. He plans to attend college in the fall and major in business.
