Jeanne Adams Beauman

Jeanne Adams Beauman passed away Thursday, Dec. 24 at the Madison County Hospital.
Jeanne was born in Springfield, the daughter of Rama and Florence (Kerns) Campbell. When she was three, her parents moved to the Clifton community, where she lived most of her life. She attended Clifton grade school and graduated from Cedarville High School. On June 17, 1955, she married Robert Adams of Yellow Springs. Jeanne spent most of her life as a banker. She was a manager of several banks in the area.
Jeanne was preceded in death by her parents and her first husband. She is survived by her children, Marsha and Tony Hickman and family, Karen Adams and Robert and Phyllis Adams and family. On July 22, 1994, Jeanne married Jerry Beauman of London, Ohio, and added to her family Fred and Joyce Beauman and family, Jacalyn and Bill Hillier, Luann Beauman and family and Don Beauman and family. She had eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Jeanne also has a sister, Carol (Bill) Tidwell of Federal Way, Washington.
A small private family memorial will be observed at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made in Jeanne’s memory to the Newport United Methodist Church or the American Cancer Society.
