Notice is hereby given that Mr. Brian Maughan has requested a variance from the front yard setback requirement in order to construct a second-floor porch on his property at 141 North Walnut St. The plan proposes that the porch be constructed up to the Cliff St. front yard lot line. The Village of Yellow Springs Codified Ordinance, Chapter 1278.02(a) requires principally permitted structures to be at least twenty-five feet from front yard lot lines. The Greene County Parcel I.D. # is F19000100110025200. 

A PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD ON THIS PETITION BY THE VILLAGE OF YELLOW SPRINGS BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS:

This notice provides you and every other interested party the opportunity to appear or have input at the hearing. You may come in person or have someone appear on your behalf. You may express your views in writing by providing a copy to the Clerk of Council for inclusion in the record of the hearing. The applications, as prepared by the petitioners, may be examined at the office of the Village Planner on the 2nd floor of the Bryan Community Center, 100 Dayton Street, Yellow Springs, Ohio 45387.
