    Notice is hereby given that Yellow Springs Home, Inc. has requested a variance from the lot density requirement in order to remodel an existing accessory structure on their property at 1227 Xenia Ave. to include a studio apartment. The proposed plan would result in a density of 5,200 square feet of lot area per dwelling unit.

    The Rolling Pen Book Cafe, now open in the former home of Dolbeer’s Cleaners, is a place to relax, read a book and enjoy a cup of coffee with some homemade cobbler.
