Anna George
Anna (Betty) Marie George died Sept. 14 in Springfield. She was 89.
Anna was born Nov. 8, 1921. She was a longtime resident of Yellow Springs, and loved the village. She enjoyed bowling and playing cards. Anna was employed for many years at Wright Patterson Air Force Base in the Foreign Technology Division.
Anna is survived by two sons, Greer (Velma) Robinson of Seal Beach, Calif. and Lee Robinson of Yellow Springs, and by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Anna’s body was donated to the Wright State School of Medicine.
