Mary Ann Kahoe

Mary Ann Kahoe of Fairborn died Sunday, Oct. 30. She was 96.

Ms. Kahoe was born Sept. 28, 1915, in Yellow Springs, the daughter of the late Lawrence H. and Maude E. (Garvin) Kahoe. She was employed and retired from the U.S. government in civil service at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base.

In addition to her parents, Ms. Kahoe was preceded in death by three brothers, Lawrence, Walter and Howard, and by very dear friends Kathryn Stephens, John P. Kollesser Sr. and Kim Wackerman. She is survived by a niece, Peggy Fowler and husband Dennis of Otego, N.Y., and by very dear friends Marilyn Kollesser of Westerville, Ohio, Jeff Kollesser of Columbus, and Tom Johnston and family of Centerville, Howard Eden of West Liberty, Ohio, and Ron Wackerman and family of Lewis Center, Ohio.

A special “thank you” is extended to Michael Manes and his company, Right At Home, and caregivers, Troy, Jamelh and Dianna for the loving care they provided to Ms. Kahoe. A graveside service will be held Thursday, Nov. 3, at 1 p.m. in the Valley View Memorial Gardens in Xenia, with Deacon Max Roadruck officiating.
