On Wednesday, Jan. 11, Village Council President Judith Hempfling announced that the Village and Laura Curliss of Wilmington had reached a contract agreement hiring Curliss as the Interim Village Manager. Council will officially vote on the new hire at its meeting Tuesday, Jan. 17.

The Morgan Family Foundation has given a major gift to Home, Inc. to support the construction of senior apartments on the Barr Property.
