Is your yellow card lost in a pile of mail on your desk? Or did it get recycled weeks ago with the News and you never saw it?
The YS Community Directory deadline has passed, but we can still get you in!
Fill out the form below or stop by the News office to fill out a yellow card. We strive to keep the information timely and accurate, and therefore request that individuals submit their numbers and information, even if there has been no change. We are closed today because of President’s Day, so stop by tomorrow if you need a card.
