Trista Mae Lindstrom

Trista Mae Lindstrom of Yellow Springs passed away unexpectedly Saturday, June 1, at Greene Memorial Hospital. She was 17.
Trista was born on June 21, 1995 in Lima, Ohio. She was a caring, loving person who was a caretaker by nature; she planned on going to nursing school after graduating from Treca Digital Academy, and was excellent with her 3-year-old little brother. Trista worked at her parents’ business, GreenTech Energy Solutions. She loved animals of all kinds and had such a kind heart. Her bright blue eyes and wonderfully unique personality made you fall in love with her instantly. She will be sadly missed by all those who knew her.
Trista is survived by her parents, Scott A. and Shannon M. (Sprague) Lindstrom; brothers Zakery and Aiden Lindstrom; sisters Madison Lindstrom and Kyrsten and Paige Morris; grandparents Evelyn Sprague, Dr. Henry and Olga Gerad; Barb and Kenny Burden and Biff and Nicole Sprague; aunts Stephanie and Jay Pitchford, Alina Hughes, Minnetta and Gary Richardson and Sue Stauffer; uncles Shane Sprague and John and Mary Jane Sprague; first cousins Danielle Carroll, Hunter Burden, Katrina Pitchford, Ali Pitchford and Madison Sprague; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends whom she loved dearly. She is preceded in death by her grandfather, Jack Sprague and adoptive father, Terry Morris.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 5, 4–7 p.m. at First Presbyterian Church of Yellow Springs. Funeral services will follow on Thursday, June 6 at 11 a.m., with Pastor Neal Whitney officiating, with burial at Glen Forest Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family wishes memorial contributions be made to the Greene County Humane Society in Trista’s honor.
