Alice Jean Allen

Alice Jean (Fink) Allen passed away peacefully in her sleep on Jan. 24 in Xenia, where she had been a resident at Hospitality Homes in recent years. She was 84.
A native of Yellow Springs, Alice graduated from Bryan High School in 1947. Alice worked over 20 years at the Miami Deposit Bank (now US Bank) in Yellow Springs, from which she retired. Alice is survived by her four loving children: Mike (Marianne) Allen of San Cristobal, N.M.; Patty (Charlie) Peters of Las Vegas, Nev.; Barbara (Richard) Klopp of Yellow Springs and Laura Allen of Yellow Springs.
Alice was preceded in death by her older sisters Edith Ann Boles and Donna May (Fulton) Mathiason and her twin brother, Robert Wilbur Fink.
Alice’s wish was to be cremated.
The Allen family would like to thank all the employees at Hospitality Homes and VITAS Hospice for the love and care that they showed her during her stay there and her last hours.
